The Roger Federer hype is really picking up steam. It seems like anything with his name commands a premium price. Speaking of which, there’s a pair of Nike Limited Addition Vapor IV shoes on eBay right now. There’s only 12 hours left until the bidding stops and it’s already at $590 USD. I can understand if they were the exact pair of shoes that Federer wore when he won his 4th consective US Open title but these shoes are only special because they are black. You can buy the same ones for $90 at Tennis Warehouse but in white. They are a collector’s item because they were only on sale in New York during the US Open.
I really like the way the seller spelled Edition as Addition. Hopefully, the winning bidder will live up to his promise and pay for the shoes fully so the seller can afford to get some spelling lessons.
