The Office on NBC is coming back soon for a fourth season but it’s driving me crazy to have to wait until September 27, 2007. It’s such a funny show and the characters are hilarious in their own way.

“Well, Rick, it’s about time you joined “The Office”, but then again, it’s never too late to become an “Office” fan! I’m a late convert myself, and now I can say that I’m totally hooked!

This gem of a show can really grow on you. It makes you wonder. Is it art imitating life or life imitating art? The characters are so real to life that you probably know people just like them. Kudos to the casting director who chose the perfect actors to play these roles!

Who hasn’t met or heard of or even worked for an obnoxious boss like Michael Scott? He’s the guy you love to hate! Not only does he think he’s God’s gift to women, but to the world in general. He tries so hard to be something that he’s not. Sometimes you can’t help but feel a little sorry for him because he’s so downright pathetic!

Or what about Dwight Schrute, the ultimate geek who is also Michael’s loyal sidekick? He’s claims to know it all, but knows absolutely nothing at all!

Then of course, we get down to my two favorite characters, Jim, the sweet guy you would love to bring home to meet the folks and Pam, the “peaches and cream” girl next door. Are they perfect for each other, or what? Their on screen chemistry is so amazing that it makes me want to scream! I’m at the point where I start yelling, “Come on, guys, can’t you see that you’re in love with one another??”

I’m staying tuned for as long as it takes until Jim and Pam finally get together…….in other words, for the next 10 seasons!
