The Audi R8 may look like a direct competitor for the Ferrari F430 and Lamborghini Murcielago with its sleek curves and aerodynamic looks. Its specs also tell the same story of supercar status: 4.2L V8, 32 valve, 420 hp @ 8250 rpm! Fortunately for the masses, it is an “affordable” vehicle to own at only $150,000 Canadian. You can easily expect to pay in the high $200Ks for a Ferrari or Lamborghini so it’s all relative when it comes to what’s affordable and what isn’t. The Audio R8 is actually in direct competition with the Porsche 911 and seeing how there’s a Porsche 911 at every corner in Vancouver, exclusivity is another selling point for the R8.
