Terminator 1 was a very good movie. Terminator 2 was a very revolutionary movie, the “Matrix” of its time. However, Terminator 3 was below average, at best. When I heard a while back that they were going to make a Terminator 4 and without the presense of Governator Schwarzenegger, I cringed at the thought of it. However, things are looking much brighter now with the latest news that Batman star, Christian Bale, will be in the movie as John Connor. Christian Bale rocks as evident in Batman Begins and American Psycho. I can’t wait now for the 4th installment of Terminator in 2009. Talk about going from zero to hero with one casting decision!

McG is helming the project which begins shooting early 2008 and hopes to kick off a new trilogy of future-set films covering the war between humanity and the robots of Skynet.

The project is on target for a Summer 2009 release.
