Yes, I will admit that I’m a late comer to The Office on NBC but now that it’s attracted my attention, I’m a hardcore fan for life. In the past couple of weeks, I’ve watched the entire Season 2 of the show and it’s so funny and witty. It’s a bit like Seinfeld in the sense that it deals with everyday topics and because most people have worked in an office setting at least once in their life, they can really relate to the weird characters on the show. Most people have experienced A-hole and ignorant managers like Michael Scott. You wonder how the hell they got that high on the corporate ladder when they are so retarded and annoying. Steve Carrell is awesome in his role as regional manager of Dunder Mifflin Scranton branch. I started on Season 3 this weekend and hopefully I will be done in a couple of weeks as well.
If you haven’t watched The Office yet, make sure you watch a few episodes of it before you judge the show. I didn’t really like it after a couple of episodes once you become acquainted with the characters and the setting, you will find that it’s quite entertaining.
NBC has ordered a fourth season of The Office which includes 25 episodes (five of them will be an hour long). The first episode of Season 4 will be on September 27, 2007 so don’t miss it!
